It\u2019s been set up for three broad purposes, being in summary:<\/p><p>\u2022 To advance positive mental health and wellbeing<\/p><p>\u2022 To create initiatives and programmes to support dialogue, encourage health and wellbeing through activities including but not limited to cold water swimming and,<\/p><p>\u2022 To help support the above via a range of materials and social media.<\/p><p>This milestone opens up so many possibilities for us, and we\u2019re dedicating the next year to something truly ambitious.<\/p><p>Our first goal? By next International Men\u2019s Day, we want to raise enough money to publish a stunning coffee table annual that\u2019s all about men\u2019s mental health. This won\u2019t be just another magazine\u2014it will be packed with real stories from real men, showcasing the ups, the downs, and the tools that have helped them along the way.
